Valid opinions of an organization’s workforce is an important barometer
in ascertaining what issues, both positive and negative, are currently facing your business. Our firm, working closely with administration, will perform pre-planning functions which will set the stage for the gathering of valued employee opinions. Through the utilization of a highly validated survey document, our firm comes onsite and administers a twenty minute written survey which will identify eleven major areas of employee concern and provide feedback to top management, department directors and employees. The employee survey utilized by our firm provides national comparative norms based on approximately 250-260 organizations surveyed each year across the country. The questions have been developed over the past seventeen years of usage and measures such factors as: Work, Working Conditions, Supervision, Management, Advancement, Pay/Benefits, Co-Worker Inter-Group Relations, Policies, Job Security, as well as other “organizational specific questions” developed through interviews with selected “focus groups”.


Outplacement Counseling is the systematic process by which terminated employees are assisted in successfully finding new employment. This service is aimed at reducing the trauma for both the manager doing the termination, as well as the person being terminated. The Dix Consulting Group provides pre-termination counseling for the manager; then, on the day of the termination, we meet one-on-one with the terminated individual. Other services include: in-depth assessment, tailored marketing plan, job interview raining, secretarial support, use of office facilities, and unlimited personal counseling until placement.


The successful recruitment of a key executive, a technical specialist, a physician, or a mid-management professional is our specialty. Through intense focused research and contacts, The Dix Consulting Group is able to identify highly qualified candidates who would not otherwise surface. Our clients save valuable time by interviewing only candidates of merit whose backgrounds have been thoroughly checked.
